Lectors have a passion for proclaiming the word of God with clarity, poise and reverence. Offering their gifts of a strong speaking voice and a desire to learn and grow in this important ministry, our lectors humbly serve as faithful messengers of Christ’s Good News.
As we are called in community to grow in our understanding of God’s Word, the lectors proclaim the scriptures to the assembly at liturgies and special liturgical functions.
During the liturgy, our Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist work collectively with the Celebrant to distribute Holy Communion, both the Body and Blood of Christ, to their brothers and sisters in faith. Our liturgy is the central event in our parish community and Holy Communion is the pinnacle of that shared experience, connecting all of us as one family in Christ.
Our team of Eucharistic Ministers is also available to take Holy Communion to the home-bound.

Young women and men who have received their First Holy Communion serve God and the parish community by assisting the priest before, during and after Mass. Students who are in third grade and above, including teens and adults, receive training to fulfill this vital parish role.
Providing a welcoming, comforting, friendly worship environment for parishioners and visitors are among the many duties of ushers and greeters. Beyond offering a warm smile and gentle, caring touch, these volunteers assist other church ministers to ensure smooth-running, liturgical celebrations. They collect parishioners’ financial offerings, choose gift bearers to bring the bread, wine, assist those with special needs and serve as ready support for the celebrant. Please consider joining this special team.
